Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In one bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: sugar, eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Avoid overmixing.
- Stir in the chocolate chunks and swirl in the salted caramel.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin tin and bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
