Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: sugar, eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Avoid overmixing.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chunks and swirl in the salted caramel.
  6. Scoop the batter into the muffin tin and bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
