- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the meatballs until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
