- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and mix well.
- Top with crushed Ritz crackers and pour melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, use rotisserie chicken and don’t skimp on seasonings. You can also add vegetables for added nutrition.
