- 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

- Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté onion and garlic in a pan until translucent.
- Add fresh spinach and cooked rice; stir until spinach wilts.
- Fold in flaked salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and place the filling in the center.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
