Description

A vibrant and refreshing mocktail combining tart cranberry and zesty lime, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (480 ml) 100% cranberry juice (unsweetened recommended)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) fresh lime juice (about 45 limes)
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water) — adjust to taste
  • 3 cups (720 ml) chilled sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice (preferably large cubes)
  • Garnish: lime wheels, fresh cranberries, or mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Make simple syrup if needed: simmer 1/3 cup sugar with 1/3 cup water until sugar dissolves, cool.
  2. In a pitcher, combine cranberry juice, lime juice, and cooled simple syrup. Taste and adjust.
  3. Fill glasses with ice. Pour the juice mixture over ice, filling glasses about 2/3 full.
  4. Top each glass with sparkling water (about 3–4 oz / 90–120 ml per glass). Stir gently once with a bar spoon.
  5. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve in clear glasses for presentation; chill all components before serving to maintain fizz.
