Description

Light and crisp cucumber rounds topped with a herbed yogurt spread, perfect for a quick and healthy appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large English cucumber
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 small garlic clove, grated
  • Flaky salt, for finishing
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Herb sprigs or smoked paprika, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the cucumber, then slice it into 1/4-inch rounds.
  2. In a bowl, whip the Greek yogurt with dill, lemon juice, sea salt, and grated garlic; chill for 20–30 minutes.
  3. Pipe or spoon about 1 tsp of the herbed yogurt onto each cucumber slice.
  4. Finish with a pinch of flaky salt, a grind of black pepper, and a garnish.

Notes

Chill cucumbers and topping to improve texture and prevent the spread from sliding off. For best texture, assemble just before serving.
