Description

A fun and easy twist on traditional lasagna using frozen cheese ravioli, layered with marinara sauce and cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 18 oz frozen cheese ravioli
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the dish.
  3. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce, covering the bottom.
  4. Sprinkle a cup of mozzarella cheese over the ravioli, followed by another layer of marinara sauce.
  5. Repeat with the remaining ravioli, more marinara, and finish with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let it rest for five minutes before slicing.

Notes

Add veggies like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition. Use homemade marinara for a fresh taste.
