- 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
- 1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew a cup of espresso and allow it to cool.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Dip ladyfingers quickly in the coffee and layer them in a dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add a layer of fresh raspberries on top of the mascarpone.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with additional raspberries before serving.
