Description

Fudgy brownies infused with the tart sweetness of fresh raspberries for a delightful twist on a classic treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 8 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in the sugar and eggs until fully combined.
  4. Fold in the flour and cocoa powder until just mixed.
  5. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries, being careful not to over-mix.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
