- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the sugar and eggs until fully combined.
- Fold in the flour and cocoa powder until just mixed.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries, being careful not to over-mix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
