Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Brown the chorizo in a skillet until fully cooked and crispy.
  2. Mix in the shredded cheeses until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and diced tomatoes or jalapeños before serving.
