Description
Delightful pumpkin-filled treats wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough, perfect for fall gatherings or as a snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin puree
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- Optional: whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut it into triangles.
- In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a dash of salt until well combined.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll it towards the pointy end, tucking the edges to seal.
- Bake the bites for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown. Let them cool slightly before serving with optional whipped cream.
Notes
Don’t overfill the dough to avoid spilling while baking. For added flavor, consider chopped nuts or chocolate chips in the filling.
