  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and oil until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients by folding gently until just mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the bars to cool completely before frosting with a mixture of cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk blended until smooth.
