Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, sliced
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 12 potstickers (store-bought or homemade)
  • Sliced green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, simmer vegetable broth with garlic and ginger.
  2. Add bok choy and mushrooms, cooking until softened.
  3. Carefully introduce potstickers to the simmering broth.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes until potstickers are heated through.

Notes
