Description

Rich, fudgy brownies enhanced with crunchy pistachios and layers of hazelnut chocolate goodness.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 oz high-quality dark chocolate
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (optional)
  • Chocolate ganache for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt butter and dark chocolate together in a bowl.
  3. Mix in granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Add flour and salt, folding until just mixed.
  5. Gently fold in chopped pistachios.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool before adding chocolate ganache on top.

Notes

For cleaner cuts, chill brownies in the fridge for at least an hour before slicing. Use high-quality chocolate for better flavor.
