- 8 oz high-quality dark chocolate
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs

- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (optional)
- Chocolate ganache for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Melt butter and dark chocolate together in a bowl.
- Mix in granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add flour and salt, folding until just mixed.
- Gently fold in chopped pistachios.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before adding chocolate ganache on top.
Notes
For cleaner cuts, chill brownies in the fridge for at least an hour before slicing. Use high-quality chocolate for better flavor.
