A refreshing morning drink that combines warm water, apple cider vinegar, and pink Himalayan salt for digestive wellness.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) warm water (100–120°F / 40–50°C)
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/81/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure warm water in a glass.
  2. Stir in apple cider vinegar, pink Himalayan salt, and optional sweetener.
  3. Mix until the salt is dissolved.
