Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, etc.) – to taste

Instructions

  1. Peeled garlic cloves and pack them into a sterilized jar.
  2. Gently heat olive oil with vinegar, salt, and herbs until fragrant.
  3. Pour the heated oil mixture over the garlic in the jar.
  4. Allow to marinate and let the flavors meld for at least 24 hours.
