Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring the broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Whisk in pesto and cream or olive oil if desired.
- Cook the ramen separately for 1-3 minutes less than package time.
- Add the noodles to the broth for the last minute to absorb flavor.
- Finish with a soft-cooked egg, a squeeze of lemon, and toppings.
Notes
