- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, basil, or chives)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or Parmesan)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat; add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink.
- Stir in lemon juice, zest, and fresh herbs, then combine with drained pasta.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
