Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, basil, or chives)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or Parmesan)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat; add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and fresh herbs, then combine with drained pasta.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
