Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (115 g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup (120 g) pepper jelly

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sour cream, garlic powder, and kosher salt until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish or a 10-inch cast-iron skillet.
  4. Spoon the pepper jelly evenly over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden, or serve chilled for a spreadable version.

Notes
