Instructions
- Preheat your toaster or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the whole grain bread thickly and toast until golden brown, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- While the bread is toasting, whip the ricotta cheese in a bowl until creamy.
- Thinly slice the ripe pear.
