Instructions
- Start with a base of mixed spring greens in a big bowl.
- Slice the pear and add it to the greens.
- Sprinkle the gorgonzola over the salad.
- Add warmed BBQ chicken chunks if desired.
- Finish with nuts and drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
- Gently toss the salad and serve immediately.
Notes
For a different flavor, swap gorgonzola with goat cheese or feta. This salad can be prepped ahead, but serve immediately for best taste.
