A quick and easy smoothie combining peanut butter and banana, perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • ½ cup ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients on the countertop for easy access.
  2. In a blender, toss in the peanut butter, banana, milk, and your choice of sweetener. Blend until everything is smooth and creamy!
  3. If you love your smoothies nice and chilled, add in those ice cubes and blend again until they’re fully incorporated.
  4. Take a moment to check the consistency. If it’s too thick for your liking, feel free to drizzle in more milk until you reach your perfect thickness.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
