Instructions
- Place the pre-made graham cracker crust in a pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter with 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold in 2 cups of whipped cream until combined, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle chocolate sauce over the pie if desired. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
For best texture, use creamy peanut butter. Gently fold in whipped cream to keep the mixture airy. Chill longer than 4 hours for enhanced flavor.
