Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Bring to a full rolling boil and maintain for 60 seconds.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla, salt, and oats until well combined.
  4. Scoop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper.
  5. Allow cookies to chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 20-30 minutes.
