Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: peanut butter, cream cheese, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each donut cavity about halfway.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool before glazing or serving.
