Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the batter.
  7. Top with the remaining batter and create a swirl with a knife.
  8. Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing and serving.
