- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and add a spoonful of the peach mixture in the center.
- Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with a bit of water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the rolls until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to create the glaze.
- Combine 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon on a plate.
- While the rolls are warm, toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture, then drizzle the vanilla glaze on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
