  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and add a spoonful of the peach mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with a bit of water.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the rolls until golden brown.
  5. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to create the glaze.
  6. Combine 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon on a plate.
  7. While the rolls are warm, toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture, then drizzle the vanilla glaze on top.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Ensure egg rolls are sealed well to prevent leaking. Use fresh peaches for best flavor and avoid overcrowding the pan while frying.
