- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and toss with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
