Description

A delightful combination of crispy, savory Brussels sprouts with Parmesan and garlic, transforming them into a star side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and toss with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
