Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with a splash of olive oil.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice, then generously sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tilapia is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork. Let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
