Ingredients
Scale
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, mix the flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper together.
- Dip each chicken breast into the mixture, making sure to coat it evenly.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk in the heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
- Once the chicken is ready, arrange it on plates and drizzle generously with the Creamy Garlic Sauce.
Notes
Make sure to coat the chicken breasts well to get a crispy crust. You can add herbs like parsley or basil to the sauce for an extra burst of flavor.
