Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Flatten the chicken breasts to ensure even cooking.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip the floured chicken in eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture firmly onto each chicken breast.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use almond flour or gluten-free breadcrumbs. To add a spice kick, mix in cayenne or paprika with the breadcrumbs.
