Instructions

  4. Dip the floured chicken in eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Press the breadcrumb mixture firmly onto each chicken breast.
  7. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
