Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and orange zest. Stir well.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in nuts and herbs if using.
- Place brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spoon cranberry sauce over the brie.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until brie is soft and bubbly.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with crackers, baguette slices, or fresh fruits.
