Delicious cinnamon rolls stuffed with cream cheese and crushed Oreo cookies, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed (about 1 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies (optional, for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. If desired, mix in 1/2 cup of crushed Oreos.
  3. Open the can of cinnamon rolls and unroll each one. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of crushed Oreo cookies on each cinnamon roll, pressing gently to stick.
  5. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each roll and spread it evenly.
  6. Roll each cinnamon roll back up, sealing the edges to keep filling inside.
  7. Place rolls in the prepared dish and bake according to package instructions (about 20-25 minutes) until golden and puffed.
  8. After baking, remove from the oven and drizzle with the included icing packet.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, you can sprinkle more crushed Oreos on top before serving.
