  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 6 equal squares.
  4. Place a scoop of the Buffalo chicken mixture and a sprinkle of mozzarella (and blue cheese, if using) in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops of the pockets with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
