- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce until well combined.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 6 equal squares.
- Place a scoop of the Buffalo chicken mixture and a sprinkle of mozzarella (and blue cheese, if using) in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops of the pockets with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
