Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak, sliced into strips
  • 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup smoky BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, add the sliced steak and cook over medium-high heat until browned.
  2. Add the pasta, beef broth, and BBQ sauce to the pot.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.

Notes

Choose a tender cut of steak for best results, such as sirloin or ribeye. You can adjust the BBQ sauce to your liking for a bolder flavor.
