- 1 lb steak, sliced into strips
- 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup smoky BBQ sauce
Instructions
- In a large pot, add the sliced steak and cook over medium-high heat until browned.
- Add the pasta, beef broth, and BBQ sauce to the pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in the heavy cream and heat through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Choose a tender cut of steak for best results, such as sirloin or ribeye. You can adjust the BBQ sauce to your liking for a bolder flavor.
