- 2 cups tomato sauce

- 2 cups small pasta (elbow macaroni or shells)
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the diced bell peppers and onions; sauté until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, pasta, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
- Simmer for about 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning if needed, and serve hot, topped with shredded cheese and parsley if desired.
