  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sausage. Cook until browned.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
  4. Add the tortellini and spinach to the skillet. Cover and cook until the tortellini is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
