Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until it is golden and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add the cream cheese and chicken broth, stirring until melted and well combined.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers and simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve the creamy chicken mixture over rice or alongside steamed vegetables.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding garlic or onions before cooking the chicken. You can customize with different vegetables too.
