- Nutella, abundant
- 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
- Butter, for spreading

Instructions
- Spread a thick layer of Nutella on one slice of bread.
- Place mozzarella cheese on top.
- Sandwich with the second slice of bread.
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Butter the outside of each slice of bread.
- Cook in the pan until golden crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side, gently pressing down with a spatula.
- Optional: Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
