Description

Nutella grilled cheese is a delightful combination of sweet and savory, featuring melted mozzarella cheese and rich chocolate hazelnut spread on crispy buttered bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (brioche or whole wheat recommended)
  • Nutella, abundant
  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • Butter, for spreading
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread a thick layer of Nutella on one slice of bread.
  2. Place mozzarella cheese on top.
  3. Sandwich with the second slice of bread.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  5. Butter the outside of each slice of bread.
  6. Cook in the pan until golden crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side, gently pressing down with a spatula.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
