- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 pack sugar-free jello (your choice of flavor)
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts (for crust)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare a crust by mixing crushed nuts with melted butter and pressing it into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Dissolve the sugar-free jello in boiling water, then let it cool slightly.
- Combine the cooled jello mixture with Greek yogurt and mix until smooth.
- Pour the jello-yogurt mixture into the prepared crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat Greek yogurt and allow layers to cool properly.
