Description

A creamy, low-carb dessert made with Greek yogurt and sugar-free jello, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 pack sugar-free jello (your choice of flavor)
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts (for crust)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare a crust by mixing crushed nuts with melted butter and pressing it into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Dissolve the sugar-free jello in boiling water, then let it cool slightly.
  3. Combine the cooled jello mixture with Greek yogurt and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the jello-yogurt mixture into the prepared crust.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat Greek yogurt and allow layers to cool properly.
