Description

Quick and easy no-bake energy bites made from simple pantry ingredients. Perfect for an on-the-go snack or a healthy dessert alternative.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. If peanut butter is hard, microwave for 10 seconds to soften.
  3. Once mixed, scoop out golf-ball sized blobs and roll into balls.
  4. If mixture is too sticky, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.

Notes

Adjust consistency by adding more nut butter if too crumbly, or more oats if too sticky.
