Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and have a large mixing bowl and lined baking sheet ready.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir over medium heat until well combined and boiling.
  3. Once boiling, allow to boil for 1-2 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until melted and incorporated.
  5. Add rolled oats and stir until evenly coated.
  6. Add vanilla flavoring and stir to combine.
  7. Drop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour to set.
  8. For quicker setting, refrigerate for 15-20 minutes before serving.
