- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and have a large mixing bowl and lined baking sheet ready.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir over medium heat until well combined and boiling.
- Once boiling, allow to boil for 1-2 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until melted and incorporated.
- Add rolled oats and stir until evenly coated.
- Add vanilla flavoring and stir to combine.
- Drop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour to set.
- For quicker setting, refrigerate for 15-20 minutes before serving.
