Description
Ridiculously easy and delicious no-bake truffles made with creamy Biscoff cookie butter and coated in chocolate.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz (225 g) softened cream cheese
- 1 cup (260 g) Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 1/2 cups (150 g) finely crushed Biscoff cookies
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 8 oz (225 g) chocolate for coating
- 1 tbsp neutral oil (optional)
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Biscoff cookie butter, finely crushed Biscoff cookies, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until homogeneous.
- Chill the mixture for 30–60 minutes until firm.
- Scoop 1-inch balls and roll them between your palms.
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
- Dip chilled truffles in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before placing them on parchment to set.
Notes
For glossy shells, temper chocolate or add 1 tsp coconut oil per 8 oz chocolate.
