  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 flavors of ice cream (e.g., chocolate, vanilla, strawberry)
  • Whipped cream (for serving)
  • Colorful sprinkles (for serving)
  • Chocolate or strawberry sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.
  5. Once cooled, layer the first flavor of softened ice cream over the brownie crust and spread evenly.
  6. Place the pan in the freezer for at least 1 hour to firm up the ice cream layer.
  7. Repeat the layering process with the second and third flavors of ice cream, freezing each layer for at least 1 hour.
  8. Once all layers are frozen, carefully remove the springform collar and serve with whipped cream and toppings.

Notes

For best results, prepare the cake a day in advance and allow it to freeze overnight. Use a hot knife dipped in water to slice through the firm layers easily.
