Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head Napa cabbage, chopped
  • 1 block soft tofu, cut into cubes
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic and ginger in a large pot over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. Add the chopped Napa cabbage and vegetable broth; bring to a simmer.
  3. Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soft tofu and heat through without boiling.
