- 1 block soft tofu, cut into cubes

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Sauté garlic and ginger in a large pot over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add the chopped Napa cabbage and vegetable broth; bring to a simmer.
- Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the soft tofu and heat through without boiling.
- Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
Avoid boiling the soup once the tofu is added to maintain its texture. Customize with other veggies or proteins as desired.
