Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente (3-5 minutes).
- While the noodles are cooking, brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas to the skillet, stir-frying until the vegetables are tender.
- Drain the noodles and add them to the beef and vegetable mixture.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing everything together until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
