Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente (3-5 minutes).
  2. While the noodles are cooking, brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas to the skillet, stir-frying until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Drain the noodles and add them to the beef and vegetable mixture.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing everything together until well combined.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
