Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then incorporate the cooled coffee.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and ground walnuts.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) until golden and a skewer comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
