Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Gradually mix in the Biscoff spread until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  6. Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk to the Biscoff mixture, mixing just until combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
