Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup high-quality cocoa powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a pie dish to form the crust.
