- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup high-quality cocoa powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and heavy cream; cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
- Pour chocolate filling into the cooled crust.
- In a bowl, whip egg whites until soft peaks form, then carefully spread over the chocolate filling.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes until meringue is lightly browned.
- Cool the pie completely before slicing and serving.

Use room temperature egg whites for best results. Chill the filled pie before serving for optimal texture.
