- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment and lightly grease it.
- In a heavy-bottom saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter; stir until smooth and just melted (do not boil).
- Remove from heat, stir in peppermint extract and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and chill until firm (about 2 hours) before cutting into squares.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, refrigerate for 3 weeks, or freeze for 3 months.
